1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gbd11 website accessible at https://gbd11.io, including all associated pages, features, tools, games, and services made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed using funds deposited into a Player's Account balance.

3 Account Registration

To access real money services on gbd11, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances.

KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. The Platform may also request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the gbd11 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. Delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are beyond the control of gbd11.
• gbd11 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. The Player is solely responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.
• Withdrawal requests submitted after successful KYC verification are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• gbd11 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering checks. Players will be notified of any such hold.
• Funds held in a Player's Account do not accrue interest. Players should not treat their Account balance as a savings or investment vehicle.
• If an Account is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the gbd11 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules.
• Odds and markets are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event of a technical fault or human error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being published, gbd11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. gbd11 accepts no liability for bets placed in reliance on incorrect in-play data caused by transmission delays or third-party data errors.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by the specific cricket market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• For casino and slot titles provided by Game Providers, the rules applicable to each game are those published by the respective Game Provider. In the event of a conflict between Platform rules and Game Provider rules, the Game Provider's rules take precedence for that game.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon settlement of a bet or completion of a game round.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gbd11 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, published alongside the offer.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Using bonus funds in conjunction with betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms ("bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited.
• A Player may only claim each welcome or sign-up promotion once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus using multiple accounts, shared payment methods, or shared devices will be treated as duplicate-account activity and will result in account suspension.
• gbd11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after it has been accepted by a Player, where there is evidence of abuse, error, or technical fault.
• Free bets and free spin awards expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

7 Responsible Gaming

gbd11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Exceeding this threshold will restrict further wagering activity until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, the Account remains open but no bets or deposits may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC submissions.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other mechanism designed to disguise your true location.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Game Provider's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with its systems in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbd11 Platform — including but not limited to the gbd11 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, and compiled software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gbd11 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content in any manner without the prior written consent of gbd11.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any financial loss incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that all real money wagers are placed at their own discretion.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit gbd11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all cases, gbd11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect. 13 Governing Law & Disputes
